Based in Dartford, Kent we offer businesses across London and the South East region the very best in commercial extensions, maintenance and building works. Established in 1972 as a sub-contractor, All Type Builders Ltd is a family owned firm which has enjoyed steady growth and expansion over the last 25 years. Working alongside many main contractors we noticed a poor level of service on many fronts, and realised there was a clear market for a high end building firm that really did put the customer first.

By 2002 we were a limited company employing a regular team of tradesmen and specialising in main contracting work onprojects like commercial extensions, property maintenance and general building works; we work harder than anyone at customer service, liaison and satisfaction to ensure they recommend on their positive experience to other companies. Over the years we have provided everything up to complete refurbishments, with a classic example being our work for the Harrods Store in London; spending a year converting their fifth floor into the luxurious Urban Retreat Spa and Beauty Salon.
